Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026

This policy explains what South River Land Management ("SRLM", "we") collects, why, and who can see it. We never sell your information.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us (name, phone, email, county, acreage and interests from our form).
• Account details: your email, the properties and roles you belong to, and when you sign in.
• Property records: boundaries, blocks, plans, contracts, practices, notes, burn days and reports.
• Photos you or your professionals add, with the time taken and, if the photo has it, its location — used to place the photo on your property.
• Drone imagery of your property.
• If you join a burn day and choose to share your location, your position and trail for that day.

2. How we use it

To run the app and the services you asked for, to contact you about your property, to send sign-in codes and links you ask for, and to keep the service secure. We don't use your information for advertising.

3. Who can see it

You, the people you add to your property (each sees only what their role allows), and SRLM. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with others except as below.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the app and store data (Render, Supabase), to send email (Resend), and, for some imagery features, to analyze images with AI services. They process data only to provide those services to us.

5. When the law requires

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep property data while the property is with us and afterwards unless you ask us to delete it. You can ask for a copy of your records or for deletion; some records may be kept where the law requires.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited by role, and photos have hidden location data removed before they appear on our public site.

8. Children

The app is not meant for children under 13.

9. Changes

We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
